Your deposit is FULLY refundable up to 15 days after purchase and more than 60 days before the trip departure date ("before the trip"). After that, monies are non-refundable without travel insurance - which we do provide. If another person is found to take your spot, we will do our absolute best to work with our hotel & airlines to keep any change penalty to a minimum.

At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded. All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.

If you purchase trip insurance, and your cancellation reason falls within their guidelines, your trip is 100% refundable (paid by insurance company, NOT PhillyTrips.com) at any point. View Travel Insurance
