A $300 deposit is required to hold your spot on this trip.  Your deposit is fully refundable until October 31st, 2006.  After this date, your deposit is non-refundable.  Any additional monies paid are fully refundable (except the deposit amount of $300) until 90 days before trip departure date ("before the trip").  An additional $200 penalty per person will be assessed if you cancel your reservation between 60 and 45 days before the trip.  No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 45 days before trip departure unless you have signed up for travel insurance and it is covered.  If another person is found to take your spot, a change penalty may be assessed and all other monies will be refunded if you so choose.  Any change fees will be designated by air & hotel suppliers and will be passed back to the person cancelling.  At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded.

All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.
