Below you will find the tentative trip itinerary. It lists pickup times and locations as well as what we will be doing on the trip. You will also get a copy on the bus in your trip packet when you sign in before getting on the bus.
Friday, March 2, 2007 (for those doing the 2-night trip)
1:00PM:
Trip sign-in starts at the bus pickup location at IKEA on South Columbus Blvd (Delaware Ave towards the stadiums). Please park between Ikea and Linens and Things against the back road - look for the buses. You will get your trip packet with this itinerary, your weekend wristband, Greengenes passes, Trail Map, and your trip t-shirt. Sneak out of work early - we are going to beat traffic. PLEASE try to be at the pickup location before 1:30pm.
2:30PM:
Buses promptly depart for Killington. The ride is BYOB - feel free to bring what you would like! PhillyTrips.com will be suppying some Coors Light for the ride up. DO NOT BE LATE, or you will find yourself driving to Vermont!
2:30 - 9:00PM:
Travel time to Killington. Meet new people on the bus, relax, and have a beer! This was one of the most fun parts of the trip last year - and will be once again! Make sure to get the cell phone numbers of the people you meet. Also, ask people what type of skiier they are - you will find some people to spend the day with on the slopes. We will stop for a 30 minute break at some point in the middle of the bus ride.
9:00PM:
Arrive in Killington at the Mountain Green Condo Resort. Unload buses and check into your hotel room. Sign up for rentals in hotel bar area. Get lift tickets.
10:00PM-ish:
Head out to see Mr. Greengenes at The Pickle Barrel. THEY WILL BE EXPECTING US!
Saturday, March 3rd, 2007
7:30AM:
Wake up! Get some breakfast and head out to the slopes after.
9:00 - 4:00PM:
Ski ski ski!!! Be careful, have fun, and enjoy the clean Vermont mountain air.
4:00PM - 5:30PM:
Get off the slopes and back to the condos to get ready for the HOT TUB!!
5:30 - 7:00PM:
Apres Ski! Hot tub and pool. Have a beer and relax after a long day on the slopes. CANS ONLY. NO COOLERS.
7:30 - 9:30PM:
Dinner and drinks. We are setting up a group dinner in the hotel skye bar. While dinner is not included with this trip, While dinner is not included with this trip, there will be groups going to eat together.
10:00PM - 2:00AM:
The Pickle Barrel - the $20 cover charge is included in your package. We have VIP entry around the back entrance. See Mr. Greengenes and hang out with the group! ONE VERY FUN NIGHT!!

8-10AM:
Check out - Check out time is 10am, please leave keys on the kitchen table. Luggage loading is between 8-10am at the bus - please bring your luggage down by 10am. Your bus should be in the same general area as it was Friday night. Please keep a change of clothes in a day-bag on the bus to change into after the day on the slopes.
10:00AM - 2:30PM:
Ski your best!!!
2:30PM:
Get off the slopes and change. Head back to the condos. You can use the Mt. Green Health Club to change and shower for the trip home.
3:30PM:
Start to load buses. After loading, meet in the hotel bar with the rest of the group!
4:30PM:
Buses depart PROMPTLY from hotel to head back to Philadelphia. DO NOT BE LATE!
