Your deposit is fully refundable until March 30th, 2007 at 5pm.  After this date, a $150 penalty will be applied.  Your deposit is refundable less $150 until June 29th @ 5pm. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.  If you find a replacement for your spot up until June 29th at 5pm, your deposit is fully refundable.

Full payment is due 60 days before the trip (July 29th @ 5pm) and is non-refundable after this date. No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 60 days before trip departure. If another person is found to take your spot, we will do our absolute best to work with our hotel & airlines to keep any change penalty to a minimum.

At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded. All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.

If you purchase trip insurance, and your cancellation reason falls within their guidelines, your trip is 100% refundable (paid by insurance company, NOT PhillyTrips.com) at any point.
