Your $50 deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days (April 19th @ 5pm) from the trip departure date ("before the trip"). Your deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the trip - any additional monies sent to us will be refunded.  No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 15 days before trip departure. If another person is found to take your spot, we will do our absolute best to work with our suppliers to keep any change penalty to a minimum, but the refund policy as stated still applies.

At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded. All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.
