The Social Schedule...

As you may have seen, we try to set up as much free parties as possible on our trips, and this trip is no different.  Everyone is free to do whatever they like but we encourage you to attend the events that we set up.  They are free and a GREAT way to meet everyone on the trip. Here is the schedule as it stands right now:

Thursday

 * 5:00 – 6:00 PM :: Welcome Party at the Pool (open bar)
 * 7:00 – 8:00 PM :: First Happy Hour at the hotel lobby (open bar)

Thursday night

 * Nothing planned as of now. You are on your own! We are not 100% of what the scene is like, but look at the "Thursdays @ Players" night... 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM :: Ladies Drink Free - http://www.playersmiami.com/modules.php?name=NuCalendar&op=ShowEvent&month=02&day=24&year=2005&eventid=18

Friday

 * 7:00 – 8:00 PM :: Second Happy Hour at the hotel lobby (open bar)

Friday Night

 * 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM :: No Cover & Open bar at Club Bleu for the women
 * 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM :: No Cover & Open bar at Club Bleu for the fellas

(Sorry guys... best we can do... South Beach does tailor to women more than men.  Actually, this event is only 90% right now but we are positive it will happen this way... We will keep you posted).

Saturday

 * 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM :: Third Happy Hour at the hotel lobby (open bar)

Saturday Night

 * 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM :: Party at the Crobar. Formal Crobar invitations will be waiting for you at the Catalina when you arrive.  The invitation will be good for you and a guest.  It will pay for your cover charge ($25.00 each) and two free drinks for each person ($5.00 - $12.00 per drink).  There will be 49 invitations which means there is enough passes for 98 people.  If you meet anyone there and would like to invite them, it’s up to you since you can bring a guest with your invite.
