We hope that everyone is excited about Oktoberfest this weekend!
By now, everyone should have received their trip information in the mail. DO NOT FORGET THAT PACKET! It contains everything that you need for the trip. Also, DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!! You are not going without it. :)
We are sending out your trip t-shirts today. You should have them by Wednesday or so. We upgraded everyone to long-sleeve T's this year and they look nice. Please where your t-shirt to the airport so that you can see others on the trip with you. If you are not using our airfare, you will meet the others in the group in Munich. Please ask Vicki from Huron Valley Travel when you get out there.
Please make sure that if you are going with friends, you forward this email to them to assure that they received it as well. This is the final information on the trip and we want to make sure everyone reads it. You will also want to print and take a copy of it with you on the trip.

They are very good at what they do and the people in Munich this week are having a GREAT time with the same itinerary.

:: Exchanging Money ::
If you need information on exchanging money, we suggest that you DO NOT do it in the airport - either in the US or Germany - you will get the worst rate. We suggest that you call your bank to inquire about fees when using your ATM card in Munich. Some banks it is free, some it is not. Use credit cards as much as possible as you normally get the best rate. Remember, paying an ATM fee might get you a better deal overall than exchanging money at a poor rate elsewhere!
