Buses: You will be able to load on any bus that you would like. BUT, 2 buses will be labeled as "Direct Route Home" buses. The bus that you get on will be your bus to Preakness, to the hotel, and home to Philly. Remember the bus number!
Alcohol: Hard Liquor is not permitted. Beer is. We will be supplying some beer on the bus ride down. The infield is BYOB beer & wine. See security requirements above for legal sizes of coolers.
Styrofoam Coolers: They are suggested over regular coolers! You do not have to worry about bringing them home.
Tarps & Blankets: If the ground is wet, you may want to bring a tarp to place under any blankets you may bring to sit on.
Food: No BBQs! They are not allowed in the infield, so leave them at home. BUT, do bring food (hoagies, etc...) with you. There are concessions there, but there may be long lines. Spend your time having fun - not waiting in lines!!
Everything in clear plastic: Make sure that everything you bring is in clear plastic. This will get into the infield quicker. Beer does not have to be in plastic - this just applies to food, etc.
Wristbands: When you get on the bus in the morning, you will get a wristband. Where this wristband all weekend!! It is your ticket on the bus and to the happy hour Saturday night.
Sliders & Pickles Sunday: There are 2 bars that do a block party of sorts on Orioles game days. It is RIGHT outside the stadium. It is a fun time. This is an approved group activity for Sunday.
Camden Pub: Another approved group meeting spot before the Orioles/Phillies game. You will get more info on specials in your trip packet.
Sunday Breakfast: Little Havana - http://www.littlehavanas.com/brunch.html. You get bottomless pitchers of mimosa, bloody marys, juice, and coffee plus a meal for $12.95. FUN TIME. Not a group activity, but grab a bunch of people and go! Make a reservation the day before to guarantee a seat. You MUST make the reservation for the first hour of brunch (11am-12pm). 410-837-9903. Little Havana has indoor and outdoor dining and is on the water of Inner Harbor. Located at 4325 Key Highway - about 2 miles from the hotel.
