Lots of info in this email. Please print it and bring it with you on the trip! We will be supplying a trip packet with your Preakness ticket, Orioles Ticket (if you bought one) and the Trip Initierary. You will get this on the bus - or via mail if you are not taking the bus (these have all been sent by certified mail).

The weather is looking pretty good for this weekend! Please dress accordingly - it looks like it is not going to really rain, but the ground will be a little wet from previous rains - bring a ground tarp or plastic sheet to keep the water out! :: TRIP DETAILS ::

* DEPARTURE:

We are asking people to be at the Home Depot parking lot at 1601 Columbus Blvd (Delaware Ave near Old Navy & Walmart) in Philadelphia.  Please use Map It if you are not sure how to get there.  The bus will start loading at 6AM.  We are planning to leave no later than 6:30 AM sharp.  This is non-negotiable.  Please plan to be there on time or you will be having to drive down on your own.

* PACKING:

What you can and CANNOT bring into Preakness. This is very important.  Space on the buses is limited.  Since this is only a one night stay, please pack accordingly.  Please bring only one suitcase type bag and please make it a smaller carry on type.  You can also have a second carry on bag (backpack type).  We need to be strict about this since we need to make sure there is room for everyone's coolers, etc.  Saturday will be an all day party with 110,000 others.  You are encouraged to bring coolers and any other items that are allowed in the infield area.  Please look at the weather to make sure you are properly prepared for the conditions.

* SIGN-IN, WRISTBANDS, and T-SHIRTS:

When you arrive at the parking lot, we need everyone to sign in at the "Sign-In Table". When you sign in, you will get your trip packet (with your Preakness and Orioles tickets) and your group wristband. Please keep this wristband on the ENTIRE trip!
