A $300 deposit is required to hold your spot on this trip. Your deposit is fully refundable until October 9th, 2009. After this date, your deposit is non-refundable. Any additional monies paid are fully refundable (except the deposit amount) until approximately 90 days before trip departure date ("before the trip") which for this trip is November 6th, 2009. An additional $200 penalty per person will be assessed if you cancel your reservation between 90 days (November 6th, 2009) and 45 days before the trip (December 18th, 2009). No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 45 days before trip departure (after December 18th, 2009).

In the event that it is an option, if another person is found to take your spot (by you or PhillyTrips.com), a change penalty may be assessed and all other monies will be refunded if you so choose. Any change fees are designated by our air & hotel suppliers and the time your are canceling. All change fees will be passed back to the person canceling. At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event a refund by PhillyTrips.com is issued. Only the trip price paid will be refunded, if and ONLY IF, a replacement is found for you, if possible.

Any and all personal, last-minute, weather, or other related delays or cancelations that are beyond the control of PhillyTrips.com are to be solely assumed by you, the Traveler.  In the event a group travel insurance policy is made available (there is one in place for Vail), all claims must be made to Travel Guard, not PhillyTrips.com, as covered by the policy.

All refunds, if needed to be placed by PhillyTrips.com, will take place no more than 14 days after the return date of the trip.  This excludes travel insurance claims, if it applies.
