Your initial deposit is fully refundable up to October 2, 2009 @ 5pm. Your deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made after October 2nd, 2009 - any additional monies sent to us will be refunded. Cancellations made after October 5th @ 5pm are required to pay the full price of the trip signed up for. If another person is found to take your spot, we will do our absolute best to work with our suppliers to keep any change penalty to a minimum, but the refund policy as stated still applies.

At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded. All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after the trip has completed.
