A $150 deposit is required to hold your spot on this trip. Your deposit is non-refundable.  Any additional monies paid are refundable (except the deposit amount of $150) until March 19th, 2010.  No monies will be refunded for cancellations after March 19th, 2010.

In the event that it is an option, if another person is found to take your spot (by you or PhillyTrips.com), a change penalty may be assessed and all other monies will be refunded if you so choose.  Any change fees are designated by our bus & hotel suppliers and the time your are canceling. All change fees will be passed back to the person canceling and we always try to keep these to a minimum.   At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event a refund by PhillyTrips.com is issued.  Only the trip price paid will be refunded.

All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after the return date of the trip.
