Below you will find the trip itinerary for the THREE night trip. For the 2-night trip, everything is the same, just Friday is the leave time and is the same as the Thursday information.
Pay close attention to pickup times and location as well as other important trip info. Please print and bring this itinerary with you on the trip to reference.
Thursday, March 25, 2010
3:00PM:
Bus starts loading in Philly at the Home Depot on Delware Ave/Columbus Blvd (South Columbus Boulevard Philadelphia, PA 19148). PhillyTrips.com will be suppying some beer for the ride up, but please feel free to bring what you would like. DO NOT BE LATE, or you will find yourself driving to Vermont! The bus will promptly depart at 4:00pm. We will give you a flyer to put in your car windshield letting Home Depot know you are with our group.
4:00 - 11:00PM:
Travel time to Killington. Meet new people on the bus, relax, and have a beer! This is normally one of the most fun parts of the trip - and will be once again! Make sure to get the cell phone numbers of the people you meet. Also, ask people what type of skier they are - you will find some people to spend the day with on the slopes. We will stop for a 30 minute break at some point in the middle of the bus ride.
11:00PM-ish:
Arrive in Killington. Unload buses and check into your hotel room. Sign up for rentals at check in. Get lift tickets.
Head out to the bars for the night if you are adventurous, or stay local in the popular hotel bar. Or, get some rest for the big day on Friday!
Friday, March 26th, 2010
6:30AM:
Wake up! Eat some breakfast and head out to the slopes. Free mountain shuttle or you can walk the few hundred yards if you want a 10-minute warm up!
8:00 - 4:00PM:
Ski ski ski!!! Be careful, have fun, and enjoy the clean Vermont Green Mountains air.
4:00PM - 5:30PM:
Get off the slopes and back to the hotel to get ready for the HOT TUB & POOL!!
5:30 - 7:00PM:
Apres Ski! Hot tub and pool. Have a beer and relax after a long day on the slopes. CANS ONLY. NO COOLERS.
7:30 - 9:30PM:
Dinner and drinks.
10:00PM - 2:00AM:
Head out to the Killington nightlife scene! ONE VERY FUN NIGHT!! More info on the bus - we will be lining up no/discounted cover/drink specials at a Killington bar.

6:30AM:

Sunday, March 28th, 2010
8-10AM:
Check out - Check out time is 10am, please leave keys on the kitchen table. Luggage loading is between 8-10am at the bus - please bring your luggage down by 10am. Your bus will be in the same general area as it dropped you off on Thursday night. Please keep a change of clothes in a day-bag on the bus to change into after the day on the slopes.
8:00AM - 3:00PM:
Ski your best!!!
4:00PM:
Load bus for departure back to Philadelphia. Bus departs promptly at 4:30pm! We will stop on the way back for a dinner/bathroom break.
