Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days from the trip departure date ("before the trip").  Your deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip.  Any additional monies sent to us in addition to the deposit will be refunded between 30 and 15 days before the trip.  No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 15 days before trip departure.  If another person is found to take your spot inside of 15 days, only a $25 penalty will be assessed and all other monies will be refunded.

At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.  Only the trip price paid will be refunded.  All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.
