Below you will find the tentative trip itinerary. It lists pickup times and locations as well as what we will be doing on the trip. You will also get a copy on the bus in your trip packet when you sign in before getting on the bus!

Friday, February 24th, 2006

1:00PM:
Trip sign-in starts at the bus pickup location at IKEA on South Columbus Blvd (NOTE THE LOCATION CHANGE). Please park between Ikea and Linens and Things - look for the buses! You will get your trip packet with this itinerary, your weekend wristband, Greengenes pass, Trail Map, "A Special Something", and your trip t-shirt. Sneak out of work early - we are going to beat traffic. PLEASE try to be at the pickup location before 1:30pm.

2:00PM:
Buses promptly departs for Killington. The ride is BYOB - feel free to bring what you would like! PhillyTrips.com will be suppying some Coors Light for the ride up. DO NOT BE LATE, or you will find yourself driving to Vermont!

2:00 - 8:30PM:
Travel time to Killington. Meet new people on the bus, relax, and have a beer! Make sure to get the cell phone numbers of the people you meet. Also, ask people what type of skiier they are - you will find some people to spend the day with on the slopes.

8:30PM:
Arrive in Killington at the Mountain Green Condo Resort. Unload buses and check into your hotel room. Sign up for rentals in hotel bar area. Get lift tickets.

TBD. Go to the bars or hang out at the hotel bar.

Saturday, February 25th, 2005

7:30AM:
Wake up! Get some breakfast and head out to the slopes after.

9:00 - 4:00PM:
Ski ski ski!!! Be careful, have fun, and enjoy the clean Vermont mountain air!

4:00PM - 5:30PM:
Get off the slopes and back to the condos to get ready for the HOT TUB!!

5:30 - 7:00PM:
Apres Ski! Hot tub and pool. Have a beer and relax after a long day on the slopes.

8:00 - 10:00PM:
Dinner and drinks. While dinner is not included with this trip, we will do our best to try and set up a group dinner at a local restaurant close to the Pickle Barrel - where Mr. Greengenes will be playing.

10:00PM - 2:00AM:
The Pickle Barrel - the $20 cover charge is included in your package. See Mr. Greengenes and hang out with the group!

Sunday, February 26th, 2005

8-10AM:
Check out - Check out time is 10am, please leave keys on the kitchen table.  Luggage loading is between 8-10am at the bus - please bring your luggage down by 10am.  Your bus should be in the same general area as it was Friday night. Please keep a change of clothes in a day-bag on the bus to change into after the day on the slopes.

10:00AM - 3:00PM:
Ski your best!!!

3:00 - 3:30PM:
Get off the slopes and change. Head back to the condos. You can use the Mt. Green Health Club to change and shower for the trip home.

4:30PM:
Buses depart PROMPTLY from hotel to head back to Philadelphia. DO NOT BE LATE!

11:00PM: (approximate)
Arrive back in Philadelphia at the Ikea parking lot. We will make a stop on the way home to get some QUICK to eat...
