A $200 deposit is required to hold your spot on this trip. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days from the trip departure date ("before the trip"). After 60 days, your deposit is non-refundable. An additional $200 penalty per person will be assesed if you cancel your reservation between 60 and 30 days before the trip. No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 30 days before trip departure. If another person is found to take your spot, only a $100 penalty will be assessed and all other monies will be refunded between 60 and 30 days before we leave. At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded.

All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.
