Killington is upon us! This email will serve to answer most if not all questions about our trip this weekend. If you have an additional question, please let us know. Please make sure that this email is forwarded to everyone in your room. We rather people get it 3 times than not at all!

Please print and bring this email with you on the trip. It will answer any additional questions you may have.

If anything happens to you during the trip, we need to know about it. If you are going to be late, call us. This is VERY important.

:: LUGGAGE ::

When packing, please limit yourself to one overhead-type bag and piece of luggage in addition to your boards, skis, boots, and poles. Space is limited.

:: DEPARTURE TIME and CHECK-IN::

Departure time is 2PM. The buses will arrive at 1PM. Please do not wait until 2pm to arrive! This createes a jam up at the registration table (where you should go once you arrive) and cause a later departure time. We are leaving at 2pm. DO NOT BE LATE OR YOU ARE DRIVING TO VERMONT!

At the registration table, you will get your Greengenes ticket, Killington T-Shirt, "a special something", a printed itinerary, trail map, and be told what bus you are on. Your bus will be the same both ways.

The bus is leaving from the IKEA in South Philly at 2206 Columbus Blvd. Please look for instructions on the way into the lot on the trip details page of our website. We are being given very specific spots in the lot - between Ikea and Linens and Things. Look for the buses. It is important that we do our best to clean up after ourselves, so please do not leave any trash around.
