Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days (June 19th @ 5pm) from the trip departure date ("before the trip"). After that, your deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 60 days before the trip (July 19th @ 5pm) and is non-refundable. No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 60 days before trip departure. If another person is found to take your spot, we will do our absolute best to work with our hotel & airlines to keep any change penalty to a minimum.

At all times, any service charge fees paid are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Only the trip price paid will be refunded. All refunds will take place no more than 14 days after we have returned from the trip.

If you purchase trip insurance, and your cancellation reason falls within their guidelines, your trip is 100% refundable (paid by insurance company, NOT PhillyTrips.com) at any point.
